Senior Consultant - Product Management at EY 
​

​Designed and delivered end-to-end API-driven digital servicing products on the Mobile Banking App and Internet Banking for a banking client using the 'Agile Product Delivery' methodology

  • Delivered end-to-end mobile journies that enabled UK and HK customers to seamlessly update their personal banking information, marketing preference, and tax information — significantly reducing calls and branch visit footfalls for these service requests. The daily average user post-launch was 17000.

  • Owned and led the complete product discovery, competitive analysis, and user journey finalization for the UK customers' secondary current account opening process. Ensured strict legal and regulatory compliance adherence by collaborating with compliance teams to secure necessary approvals.

  • Delivered impactful product enhancements -  cheque deposits,  reporting  lost and stolen cards, and added payee journeys for UK, CIIOM, and HK customers, benefiting over 4 million customers across 3 markets, resulting in a 50% reduction in paper costs and a 75% decrease in service time, ensuring cross-entity scalability.

Led AI-driven Banking automation and digital product innovation program - conducted market and competitor analysis to prioritize innovation opportunities, driving data-backed product decisions

  • Designed user journeys for the Bank’s chatbot EVA, which engages 11 lakh unique customers per month for lead generation, general query resolution, transactional queries, and campaign-specific queries

  • Designed and implemented a Voice bot for the Risk Intelligence and Control script, which handles 8k calls/month

  • Designed and implemented “Sales Narratives,” a tool that enables sales teams to access learning bits and tips on WhatsApp. The tool had 15k unique users and 5k weekly users in two months.
